Easy One Cup Peach Cobbler
This recipe is one my mother used all of my growing up years. It was made from simple ingredients she always had on hand and it was always delicious. Naturally, I continued to use it with my family.
Ingredients: 1 cup self rising flour
1 cup sugar (feel free to add a little less)
1 cup milk
1 stick butter melted
1 can peaches including syrup/juice
*Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
*Melt the stick of butter in a 9X13 inch dish and remove from oven *Add milk, sugar, and flour directly into the 9X13 inch dish. Stir to mix with melted butter *Add the can of peaches with syrup/juice on top of the mixture in the 9x13 dish. *Bake for 45-55 minutes, until crust is golden brown. You can serve with ice cream or cool whip, especially if you are having guests. You may also use the same "cup" recipe with fresh blueberries, blackberries or strawberries. Just add one cup of fruit.
